Ingredients:
- 12 rashers Nora Spanish smoked bacon
- 12 boiled baby potatoes
- Olive oil, rosemary and salt
Method:
1. Wrap each potato with a bacon rasher.
2. Arrange on a tray and drizzle with olive oil and rosemary.
3. Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes until the bacon crisps.
4. Serve hot with garlic dip.
