Three Eras of Experience

  1. 1961 — 2020

    It started in the heart of Damascus

    Our grandfather opened one of Damascus's oldest supermarkets and ran it for nearly sixty years. There we learned that trust is built one cut at a time, and that the family name is honored on every shelf.

  2. Transition

    Nora Cafe

    We stepped into hospitality with Nora Cafe, a restaurant venture launched together with Gemini Group — an experience that deepened our craft in flavor and service.

  3. 2025 — Today

    Nora Charcuterie

    We relaunched virtually as Nora Charcutier. We produce our own cold cuts and cheeses, sell online, and distribute through partner stores across Damascus.
