A rich, creamy pasta loaded with smoked bacon for a quick, satisfying dinner.
Ingredients:
- 150g Nora Spanish smoked bacon, chopped
- 300g pasta
- 1 cup cooking cream
- Garlic, parmesan and black pepper
Method:
1. Boil the pasta until done, reserving a little cooking water.
2. Fry the bacon with the garlic until golden.
3. Add the cream and parmesan and simmer gently.
4. Toss in the pasta and serve with black pepper.
