A grilled cheese sandwich, crisp outside and gooey inside with Dutch Emmental.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices Nora Dutch Emmental
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter
Method:
1. Butter the outer faces of the bread.
2. Place the Emmental slices between two bread slices.
3. Grill in a pan until golden and the cheese melts.
4. Cut in half and serve hot.
