A cool, refreshing pasta salad with mortadella cubes, vegetables and an olive dressing.
Ingredients:
- 120g Nora beef olive mortadella, cubed
- 250g short pasta, boiled
- Cherry tomatoes, corn and olives
- Olive oil and lemon
Method:
1. Toss the cooled pasta with the vegetables and mortadella.
2. Make a dressing of olive oil, lemon and salt.
3. Add the dressing and mix well.
4. Chill before serving.
