- 150g Nora Spanish smoked turkey, sliced
- Chopped romaine lettuce
- Toasted bread croutons
- Caesar dressing and grated parmesan
Method:
1. Place the romaine in a large bowl.
2. Add the Caesar dressing and toss well.
3. Top with the turkey slices and croutons.
4. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve chilled.
