Pasta in a spicy tomato sauce with beef pepperoni for a flavour-packed dinner.
Ingredients:
- 80g Nora beef pepperoni, sliced
- 300g penne pasta
- Tomato sauce, garlic and chilli
- Olive oil and basil
Method:
1. Boil the pasta until done.
2. Fry the garlic and chilli in olive oil and add the pepperoni.
3. Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer gently.
4. Toss the pasta through the sauce and garnish with basil.
