A fluffy omelette with melted Emmental and sautéed mushrooms for a rich breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 60g Nora Dutch Emmental, grated
- 3 eggs
- Sliced mushrooms
- Butter, salt and pepper
Method:
1. Sauté the mushrooms in butter until soft.
2. Whisk the eggs and pour over the mushrooms.
3. Scatter the grated Emmental and let it melt.
4. Fold the omelette and serve hot.
