Macaroni in a rich, creamy kashkaval cheese sauce — comfort food the whole family loves.
Ingredients:
- 250g Nora Hungarian kashkaval, grated
- 300g macaroni
- 2 cups milk, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour
- Nutmeg, salt and pepper
Method:
1. Boil the macaroni until done.
2. Melt the butter, stir in the flour, then add milk gradually for a béchamel.
3. Stir in the grated kashkaval until melted.
4. Fold the macaroni through the sauce and serve hot.
