Pepperoni & Cheese Pockets

Dough pockets stuffed with pepperoni and melty cheese — a perfect kids' snack.

Ingredients: - 60g Nora beef pepperoni, chopped - Ready dough - Mozzarella cheese - 1 egg for brushing Method: 1. Cut the dough into circles and fill each with pepperoni and mozzarella. 2. Fold into half-moons and press the edges. 3. Brush with egg and arrange on a tray. 4. Bake at 200°C until golden; serve warm.
